What do you need to know about our cancellation policy
=> Every booking made on Go2Fly is subjected to the cancellation and refund
policy levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and the class you have
booked
=> Some booked flight fares are non-refundable as per the specific airline
policy
=> Booked services can be cancelled online by customer support page on the
site. Follow step by step instructions to execute the cancellation task.
=> We accept cancellation request through phone and Email.
=> In addition to airline cancellation charges, Go2Fly will charge Rs 200 along
with GST per passenger per sector for each cancellation.
=> Cancellation request made by online or through telephonic or mail will be
entertained. Go2Fly will not be liable to entertain and compensate for any
cancellation made through other medium.
=> For E-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before
departure, you need to contact the respective airline.
=> For cancellation made before 24 hours, you will need to contact our
customer support executive through telephone. The request through any
other medium will not be entertained.
=> If you have done web/tele check-in, contact the airline for cancellation
request. Go2Fly will not be liable to process any refund in such cases.
=> Customers are responsible to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges and fees as
applicable on the date of travel.
=> Changes in time and date on departure and arrival on flights are subjected
to Regulatory approvals and change(s).
Refund policy
=> If you amend any booking, you will be charged for different fare in case of
high fare provided by the airline, if any. However, if the new fare is lower
than the previous one, you will not be eligible to claim refund for
cancellation, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
=> In any case of misconduct or misuse of offers and services provided by
Go2Fly by customers, Go2Fly reserves the right to deny the offer and cancel
the booked service. Go2Fly is not liable to any compensation and refund in
such cases.
=> Travel agents, who visits our site in disguise of customer, make bookings for
their customers are barred to do so and Go2Fly reserves the right to deny
any offer or cancel the booking without any refund or compensation.
=> To claim any compensation and refund (if any), contact Go2Fly, as airlines
will not refund for your ticket booked at Go2Fly.
=> Any cancellation made directly with the airline should be intimated to
Go2Fly in order to claim refund. In this case, you need to inform the
company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is
advisable to contact the company within 48 hours of cancellation.
=> The refund will be credited to the same account from where you had made
payment while booking. For example, if the user used a debit card to pay
for ticket while booking, Go2Fly will initiate the refundable amount to the
debit card only.
=> The amount of in-flight meal is non-refundable and refundable only when
the flight is cancelled by the airline.
=> On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront
discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be
deducted from the refund amount.
